East Bay Women's Cancer Resource Center Expansion

planned

The East Bay Women's Cancer Resource Center (WCRC) is set for a major expansion to increase its capacity to serve more women affected by cancer in Contra Costa and Alameda counties. The expansion includes embedding services within hospitals and community sites, deepening navigation services for Asian American and Pacific Islander communities, broadening wellness offerings, and intensifying focus on underserved communities such as Antioch, Pittsburg, Bay Point, and parts of Oakland. The expansion is supported by a $2.5 million grant from the Action for Women's Health fund.
