East Harbor Island Redevelopment/Topgolf and Waterfront Park Project

planned

The project involves redeveloping a 38-acre industrial area on East Harbor Island in San Diego Bay into a lively waterfront destination anchored by a high-velocity, three-story Topgolf venue. The plan includes a 9.8-acre Topgolf facility with 108 hitting bays, a 10.1-acre public park and promenade, a realigned road with parking, and an additional 12.4 acres designated for commercial recreation such as restaurants, shops, and hotels. The project aims to replace existing car rental lots and construction staging facilities with new entertainment and recreational amenities.
