The proposal aims to provide Enterprise Europe Network services with a consortium which is composed of 6 partners and 4 relay offices for SMEs in 7 of the 81 provinces of Turkey (Bursa, Bilecik, Eskisehir, Kütahya, Kocaeli, Sakarya and Yalova). The total 7,135,338 inhabitants as 9.3% of total population of Turkey live in the region. The consortium coordinator is KOSGEB Bursa HMM, the partners are ABIGEM East Marmara, Bursa Chamber of Commerce And Industry, Eskişehir Chamber of Industry ULUTEK Technology Development Zone, Kocaeli University Technopark. The proposal consist of an Implementation Strategy for 2015 – 2020 period, a Work Plan for 2015-2016 period, PES tables and CVs of project stuff. Implementation strategy covers introduction of the region covered by the proposed project, requirements of the SMEs in the region the role of each host organization in the consortium, specific regional objectives, existing support infrastructure, Communication strategy, methodology and quality methods. Work plan covers what kind of activities will be done in the 6 work packages.
