Description | The Tennessee Board of Regents is planning to build a 6,600-seat football stadium for East Tennessee State University in Johnson City. Phase 1 will comprise the seating bowl, retaining walls, the hospitality venue, concession stands, toilet facilities, ticketing and entrance gates, field lighting and the scoreboard. It is being designed by McCarty Holsaple McCarty Inc., and BurWil Construction Co. has been chosen as the construction manager.
