Description | Eaton is developing a 4-megawatt solar project in Wisconsin to reduce carbon emissions across five of its facilities. The solar installation will be located adjacent to Eaton’s Thomas A. Edison Technical Center in Franksville and is expected to be operational by early 2026. The project aims to meet 30% of the annual carbon reduction goals for Eaton’s facilities in multiple locations in Wisconsin. We Energies will build, own, and operate the system, while Eaton will provide the land and receive renewable energy credits. Eaton will also contribute engineering expertise and technologies to the project. |
