"The European financing of the European Consumer Centres Network implements the Single Market Programme (SMP Consumers) and more specifically action 2.3 of the SMP Consumers 2025-2027 Work Programme: ""Action grants to the designated bodies to host the European Consumer Centres"". The main objective of the ECC-Net is providing information and assistance to consumers to help them exercise their rights and obtain access to appropriate dispute resolution, including out of court online resolution schemes as described in its Vademecum 6 objectives: • Case-handling and consumer assistance • Supporting Consumer Redress and Enforcement • Communication, general information and promotion • Active participation in Network activities • Cooperation with stakeholders • Ensuring a uniformly high-quality standardised service"
