"European Consumer Centre Hungary - Proposal for the conclusion of the Grant Agreement 2026-2027. The European financing of the European Consumer Centres' Network implements the Single Market Programme (SMP Consumers) and more specifically action 2.3 of the SMP Consumers 2025-2027 Work Programme: ""Action grants to the designated bodies to host the European Consumer Centres"". The main objective of the ECC Network is providing information and assistance to consumers to help them exercise their rights and obtain access to appropriate dispute resolution, including out of court online resolution schemes as described in its Vademecum 6 objectives: • Case-handling and consumer assistance • Supporting Consumer Redress and Enforcement • Communication, general information and promotion • Active participation in Network activities • Cooperation with Stakeholders • Ensuring a uniformly high quality standardised service. The grant agreement sets forth the some legal, technical and financial details of the operation of the national European Consumer Centres and also contains the work programme and estimated budget for 2026-2027."
