"The project ""ECOlogical = logical"" is a continuation of the project ""Green CAP, Green LIFE"", which we are implementing with EU co-financing in the current year. And in which we focus on in the areas of an economically sustainable and fairer CAP. Slovenia has diverse natural resources and therefore excellent opportunities for the further and accelerated development of this method of farming. In the planned project, we want to focus exclusively on the field of organic farming. We encourage farmers to implement a nature-friendly method of farming that contributes to the preservation and improvement of biodiversity, the preservation of drinking water sources, soil fertility, the cultural agricultural landscape and the protection of the environment in general. We raise awareness and encourage them to enter into various interventions that are available to farmers. Our purpose is to educate food users, especially young people and the urban population, about the importance of producing and using high-quality food from a health and environmental perspective. The project consists of a network of 10 traditional and modern communication channels (print, video, posts on website, round table event, newsletter, podcast, blog, vlog, live children's education, social networks), which are aimed at raising awareness of carefully selected target groups, with a common denominator - to raise awareness of the entire Slovenian public and beyond the border . With an innovative and dynamic project, we want to become an active part of the mosaic and, through awareness-raising and other activities, support the ambitious ecological action plan of both Slovenia and the EU, which follow the set goal of the European Green Deal, that 25% of agricultural land will be cultivated with organic farming by 2030. Based on the presented facts and credible data, we want to strengthen the trust of all citizens in the work of the EU in the field of agriculture and rural development through the CAP."
