The project is valued at $440 million for the initial phase and is part of a larger proposed campus with a total of 2.8 million square feet and a $1.4 billion investment. The project will be built in phases, starting with a 400,000-square-foot building costing $200 million, followed by three additional buildings of 800,000 square feet each, costing $400 million each. The project is expected to create 60 full-time jobs and 400 to 600 construction jobs. |
