Description | The Project scope includes: an approximately 200’ x 85’ x 48’ outdoor skating rink with boards, player’s boxes, access gates and lighting poles; an approximately 4,300 square foot community league hall which will include a small league office, non-commercial kitchen, utility room, accessible washrooms, skate change room, multi-use room, storage room, Zamboni room, and outdoor security lighting; a paved parking lot with space for approximately 18 vehicles with accommodations for mobility challenged drivers; and landscaping including rubber surfacing from the change room in the building to the entrance gate of the rink. |
