Description | This project involves the renewal and improvement of ventilation in two schools that require mechanical upgrades, including replacement of boilers, energy recovery ventilation (ERV) system upgrade, direct digital controls upgrade, and replacement of associated piping. The upgrades are required as the direct digital control systems allows for a single control point for the HVAC system in the facilities, and the current systems in place do not meet the requirement of the schools. The completed project will increase outdoor air intake. |
