The project is part of a donor basket financing scheme (PBA 2) that has been in place since 2010 to implement the education sector strategy 2008 - 2013 of the Palestinian Ministry of Education (MoE). The second phase of the education program is intended to continue the basket financing to implement the MoE's follow-up strategy (2014 - 2019) with the aim of contributing to improving access to education, the quality of education and education administration (Outcome). This is intended to contribute to achieving the sector strategy goals and, as a result, to improving the educational level of the population in order to promote economic and social development in the Palestinian territories (Impact).
