Description
Description | "For more than 15 years, the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) has supported SMEs in innovation, internationalisation, and growth within the Single Market and beyond. The EEN has adapted its services to meet European SMEs' evolving needs, particularly in sustainability and resilience. The new EEN Bremen consortium, comprising Bremer Aufbau-Bank GmbH (BAB) and RKW Bremen GmbH (RKW) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ports and Transformation (FHB) as Associated Partner will address updated EEN priorities by delivering tailored services to enhance SMEs' capabilities in i.a. sustainability, access to finance, and innovation. The primary goal of this proposal is to implement EEN Bremen's activities for the 2025-2028 funding period. This proposal aims to help SMEs access the EU Single Market and third-country markets by offering growth-oriented, integrated business and innovation support services. These services are designed to strengthen SMEs' competitiveness, sustainability, and resilience. EEN Bremen will provide easily accessible, high-level advisory services, adhering to a ""no-wrong-door policy"" while continuously enhancing service professionalism. The consortium will leverage innovation networks and regional institutions to deliver expert guidance through sustainability and innovation advisors. EEN Bremen is committed to excellence in SME services and all related Network activities. Through effective management, we aim to raise SME awareness of EU policies, serve as a communication channel between the European Commission and SMEs, support the implementation of European legislation, and promote knowledge transfer and the exchange of good practices. This includes ensuring the visibility of Network services in Bremen and fostering strong cooperation with regional stakeholders, such as clusters, business development agencies, and accelerators. This collaboration will enhance the entrepreneurial environment, ultimately strengthening the resilience of SMEs in the region." |
