EEN Hessen - Accelerating your business and innovation in Europe

EEN Hessen offers a comprehensive set of integrated internationalisation and innovation services to Hessian companies. It will contribute to improve the regional business environment and help clients to develop by providing advice they need to grow and be competitive. It will prepare SMEs to be successful in international markets from the starting point by strategic tailor-made advisory services and highlighting different growth markets. The analysis of clients’ potential and needs via visits and reviews are basic to identify business opportunities, e.g. through POD, BEs and CMs. Clients get support during the whole partnership process to enhance technological and business cooperation as well as innovative EU projects. They will profit from advice on EU programs, especially Horizon 2020, national and regional sources of financing. Applying the new hub and spoke model approach, EEN Hessen will actively contribute to the clients’ growth journey by quality services aimed at empowering them for innovation, internationalisation and facing the challenges of the Single Market. As a support integrator, it will provide core services around a company (client-centric approach), pulling together the expertise of its consortium partners and relevant regional, national or European stakeholders to deliver additional or more specialised services. Being part of the European IPR Helpdesk Ambassadors, it will accompany clients in IP related issues. Other activities are design and innovation, where it co-operates with the Agency for the Creative industries in Hessen, as well as resource efficiency. EEN Hessen will act as communication channel for feedback between SMEs and the Commission. Mechanisms for co-operation with complementary business service providers, expressed by the “no-wrong-door” concept, enhances the customer benefit. EEN Hessen will contribute to reinforce the Network as the strategic base of operations by various measures of exchange, collaboration and information.
