The strategic objective of EEN Montenegro is to achieve a more favourable business environment which would reflect positively in the strengthening of SME competitiveness, innovation and export, as well as lead to an increase in employment and uniform regional development. It is harmonised with the national SME development policy and the current EU policy, respecting strategic and priority needs of SMEs. Montenegrin Consortium will be consisted of four partners, covering whole territory of Montenegro, using the advantage of being small in the small country. The same composition acts successfully from 2008, and believe to contribute more to the overall project objective fulfilment in the next period. All four partners have proven record of working closely with SMEs at different phases and fields, and therefore will jointly be delivering high quality support services to businesses. All four organizations jointly meet the requirements specified in the call and are able to deliver the services with an EU added value as mandated by the legislative proposal of COSME, but also of Horizon 2020.
