The overarching objective of EEN Scotland, in line with the COSME programme, is to foster EU competitiveness and growth; by providing a fully integrated, quality and impact driven support service to Scottish businesses with international and innovation ambitions, linked to other Enterprise Europe Network services in the UK, Europe and globally. Enterprise Europe Network Scotland aims to demonstrably contribute to growth and competitiveness in Europe; by levering the power of the Network to connect Scottish companies to the right international opportunities and collaborative partners: be they business, market, innovation, research or finance. Our aim is to help our ambitious SMEs scale successfully. To do so, we will deliver a new generation EEN programme in 2019 optimised in Scotland, working in close partnership with stakeholders, partners and internal teams: that can respond to the needs of ambitious Scottish companies and deliver real return on EU and Scottish public purse investment. Additionally, complementarity and differentiated services will lie at the core of our approach, exploiting synergies between COSME, H2020 and the structural funds; seamlessly integrated into Scotland’s existing innovation and business support infrastructure. Main Objectives 1. To respond to the needs and demands of ambitious companies and deliver real return on investment through supporting their innovation, internationalisation and growth. 2. To build a best in class EEN operating throughout Scotland: providing fully integrated, differentiated and complementary services to support our businesses; embedding the Network in the changing support landscape support; ensuring Scotland wide reach, and a no-wrong door approach 3. To deliver value-add EEN services through Scotland: delivering impact for our clients and for the economy 4. To maximise EEN operational efficiency and provide visibility, connectivity and consistency to our services.
