The Project will involve the financing of a CAPEX program, balance sheet restructuring and the provision of permanent working capital. The sources of Transition impact will be: 1. Improvements in corporate governance; 2. New product introduction’ 3. Backward linkages to primary agricultural producers. EFKO group is one of the leading Russian agribusiness companies, active in the production and distribution of special purpose fats, packed vegetable oils, mayonnaises, as well as grain trading.
