Stanari is a merchant power plant. Total project cost was estimated at EUR500 million (US$661.9 million). The project received EUR350 million (US$ 463 million) from the China Development Bank, December 2012. The remainder of project cost was to be financed through equity. http://www.eft-group.net/index.php/news/single/9/EFT-completes-financial-close-for-the-Stanari-TPP-project
