Subsequently, the project was sold to EGCO which purchased 99.99% of the shares in June 2012 at a value of THB 450 million (US$15.1 million). The project was equipped with a solar tracking system, increasing effiency by 20%. The project held a "non-firm PPA" with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), with a subsidy (adder tariff) of THB 8 per unit for a period of 10 years. The project reached financial closure in July 2012, with Siam Commercial Bank.
