Description | The Eiger Express Pipeline is a significant infrastructure project designed to transport up to 2.5 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas through approximately 450 miles of 42-inch pipeline from the Permian Basin in West Texas to the Katy area near Houston, Texas. It sources natural gas from multiple processing facilities in the Midland and Delaware basins and is supported by firm transportation agreements with contract terms of 10 years or longer. The pipeline is a joint venture among WhiteWater, MPLX, ONEOK, and Enbridge, with construction and operation managed by WhiteWater. It is expected to become operational by mid-2028 pending regulatory approvals. |
