The facility will be approximately 1.2 million square feet with a total power capacity of 1 gigawatt at full build-out. The project features next-generation flexible architecture supporting traditional servers and AI-enabled liquid-cooled hardware. The project broke ground in 2025, with phase 1 construction ongoing, and aims for operational status in 2028. The total investment has increased to over $10 billion, with a $13 billion financing package led by Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase, including approximately $550 million in city and county property tax rebates and incentives. The project targets LEED Gold certification and will create over 300 permanent jobs and thousands of construction jobs at peak. |
