Description | Real Innovation Delivered with Excellence (RIDE) is planning to construct an electric school bus assembly facility on a 30-acre site in Lancaster. The project scope includes purchase and installation of welding, assembly, painting, parts storage and testing equipment and systems. Equipment will be installed in a 630,000-sq-ft building currently being constructed. The plant will have the capacity to produce 4,000 electric buses per year. Equipment procurement is expected to begin in the late first or second quarter of 2024. |
