The lawsuit challenges the withholding of $1.8 billion for the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure Grant program and about $350 million for the Electric Vehicle Charger Reliability and Accessibility Accelerator program. The funding was appropriated by Congress to support EV construction projects and create jobs, but the Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration are impounding the funds. |
