Description | ElectroMobility Poland (EMP) is partnering with Taiwan's Foxconn to develop an electric vehicle production and research hub in southern Poland. The project aims to create a domestic EV brand for the European market, including developing new car models and production capabilities. The hub will include a factory with body and paint shops, battery and electric drive assembly, final vehicle assembly, and a research and development centre focused on software, data analytics, and digital mobility solutions. The project is supported by funding from the National Recovery Plan and the Reprivatisation Fund, with Foxconn contributing technology and capital. |
