It will provide support in three critical areas in the electricity supply industry, which has experienced severe underinvestment: (i) electricity transmission capacity expansion, (ii) strengthening of distribution systems including those along the Tamakoshi (Khimti)-Kathmandu transmission line, and (iii) rehabilitation of selected small hydropower plants. |
