Description	The proposed financing consists of an 8-year BRL 800 million green + sustainability-linked loan to Elektro Redes S.A. (“Neoenergia Elektro” or the Company”). The proceeds will fund a portion of Elektro’s 2023-2025 capex plan, including network enhancements, automation, and network expansion projects (the “Project”), excluding transmission lines.
