Eliot River Elementary Sitework Phase 2

This project is consists of infrastructure improvements to Eliot River Elementary School parking and dropoff area. The buseacher parking area will be expanded and isolated from a new parent/public drop off/pick up zone that will ensure the school can operate safely through the pandemic with increased vehicle traffic. The asphalt area to be upgrades is approximalty 7400 m2 $500,000. To allow for improved parent drop off activites, site work improvements are required to realign bus and staff parking to address safety issues as a direct result of increased parent drop off activity from the pandemic. This project will address operational issues that have been further stressed during the ongoing pandemic and support economic recovery through investment in the community by stimulating construction in central Prince Edward Island.
