Description | Elizabeth Seton Children’s Center is building a new $156 million long-term care residential facility for young adults aged 18 to 35 with complex medical needs who have aged out of its pediatric program. The five-story, 96-bed building includes 24 additional rooms compared to the original plan and aims to provide specialized care for young adults with serious neurological conditions. The project is funded largely through financing from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is planned to open in January 2028. |
