Description	The project consists of widening Elmwood Drive between Cedarwood Avenue and Longfellow Drive, a distance of approximately 2.2 km. This section of Elmwood Drive is currently a two-lane rural arterial roadway with a ditch system for drainage. The scope of work will include the installation of a storm sewer system, widening of the roadway to accommodate four lanes of traffic, the installation of concrete curb and the installation of sidewalks on both sides of the street. Construction will begin in fiscal year 2017-2018 and is estimated to be completed by fiscal year 2019-2020.
