Our first consortium, EZFallows fans to access the films they want, wherever the film is available on the internet. A blockchain film register was built with 100,000 films, recognised by our extension, with immediate payment (<1mn) to rights holders. US platforms are now producers, so EU producers need to be distributors. EZF 2.0 connects films to the built-in audience of peer-to-peer and film influencers followers. Promotion of European works on a global scale is incentivized by rewards of the token participation economy. Fans get more content, products, and experiences for each film and can participate in hosting and creation of film assets. EZF 2.0 is a distributed ecosystem for streaming and transactions, innovatively cross-selling IP, to boost the revenue for European rights holders. Rights holders are in absolute control with a dashboard where filmmakers set prices, dates, and territories with details on every single transaction and with all the data that belongs to a film. The Registry of Film Rights connects content to rights verification, which is connected to the chain-of-title, which is connected with fan payment which is divided and distributed to each and every participant in the film in less than a minute. With the Browser Extension we recognise a film in seconds wherever it is streamed and send any payment directly to the rights holders. With the Influencer Streaming Sites, we connect film influencers to films where rights and transactions are cleared and transactions are automated. They get a cut for every film they recommend and one of their followers streams. We combine blockchain, peer-to-peer, and content recognition technology with influencers to deliver viral distribution of films, offering a real alternative to tech giants' closed ecosystems. The consortium partners are moving the film industry from a B2B to a B2C business model, creating a competitive and independent European cinema.
