Haitian won the project in an open auction. The total capacity of the plant was 50,000 cubic meters. The plant actually had two parts with capacity of 40,000 and 10,000 cubic meters respectively. The actual price was not reported, but according to the Call for Auction document, the starting price was RMB 84 million (US$ 13.31 million). Haitian had a 100% stake in the project. |
