Description | In June 2016, construction of the Emin County Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Project commenced in Emin County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The sponsor was a local private company Lingzhi Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. The total investment was US$ 15.55 million (RMB 103.3439 million) and Lingzhi had a 100% stake in the project. The design capacity of the plant was 30000 tons per day. Lingzhi won the contract through a competitive negotiation process. The concession term of the Public Private Partnership project was not reported. |
