Description | EMPLOYER TAILORED CHAIN COOPERATION The project will result in recommendations on how to tailor chain cooperation to the needs of employers. The document will be designed to serve the operational level on how to achieve this in practice. The recommendation will be divided in four parts, according to the four pillars of the chain (Screening, Gap Bridging, Matching and Sustainability). Every part will aim to design how an efficient national or regional approach could look like, supported by specific good practices. After a mapping phase, a first draft of the recommendations will be constructed. This will be subsequently followed by a test phase which will result in a review of the recommendations ahead of dissemination phase. |
