Description

Description

This project aims to strengthen the Faculty for Montenegrin Language and Literature (FCJK), a newcomer HEI from the Western Balkans (Region 1), by aligning it with European Standards and Guidelines (ESGs). With Sustainable Growth and Jobs as its overarching priority, it enhances education quality, addresses skills gaps, and promotes inclusive participation. Through partnerships with European and regional HEIs, the initiative will develop quality assurance mechanisms, expand academic networking, and foster professional pathways. Key actions include establishing an International Relations Office (IRO), launching an interdisciplinary MA program in cultural studies, integrating work-based learning, and leveraging digital resources to enhance teaching, research, and virtual collaboration. Training programs, conferences, and expert partnerships will advance research on Balkan culture within the EU context, promoting international cooperation. By supporting FCJK’s modernization, the project aligns with national policies and the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE).
