Description

Description

The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $3,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.Through PEPFAR, CDC India seeks to support the National AIDS Control Organization to sustain and accelerate HIV epidemic control in priority geographies across the prevention to treatment cascade. In alignment with the National AIDS Control Program Phase V (NACP), the recipient(s) will build on innovative, evidence-based, person-centered strategies to improve HIV and TB prevention, case finding, and linkage to care continuum. Applicants must demonstrate a plan to engage with and support district, state, and national teams, communities, private sector, and other stakeholders to plug key program gaps and strengthen HIV response, including the application of integrated health strategies. Activities may include but are not limited to the provision of technical assistance to NACP to reduce testing, treatment, and equity gaps; reinforcing partnerships to complement NACP; improved data use for impact; and expanding reach for public health preparedness and response for emerging epidemics.
