Description | EnerQuest Technologies Solutions Inc. is investing nearly $15.8 million to expand its manufacturing facility in Harrow, Ontario. The expansion will bring switchgear sub-assembly manufacturing in-house, reshoring production from a U.S.-based sister facility, reducing reliance on U.S. operations, mitigating tariff risks, and scaling production capacity to meet contract demands for critical infrastructure such as data centres, modular housing, and medical units. The project is expected to create 125 new jobs and protect existing positions in Essex County, supported by a $1.5 million contribution from the Ontario government through the Southwestern Ontario Development Fund. |
