Engineering Design for future sewer separation and watermain replacement (Drummond Road, St. Peter Avenue, Fifth Avenue, and St. James Avenue)

Design Project to determine engineering and costs required for future construction. Future construction includes sewer separation; this will reduce basement flooding from potential downstream and combined sewer overflow events. In addition, construction includes replacement of watermains and roads are in poor condition. Replace combined sewer with new sanitary sewers and new storm sewers. Watermain replacement and road reconstruction including new sidewalks, curb and gutter. Length and diameter of new storm sewers, sanitary sewers and watermain to be determined. Project includes new sanitary laterals with cleanouts at the property line and new water services with curb stops at the property line for a combined total of 78 lots. Hydrants will be replaced and/or added as needed.
