Description

Description

Enhancing Graduate Tracking in Romania: Gathering Qualitative and European-level Compatible Data (EURONES-RO) is a project proposed by the Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI) and Ministry of Education (ME) to implement the Eurograduate 2022 Survey in Romania. It will last two years, starting from March 2022. EURONES-RO aims to survey 2020/2021 (T+1) and 2016/2017 (T+5) graduate cohorts with an EQF level between 6 and 8. The project also endeavours to enhance Romania's robust graduate tracking mechanism, compatible with other EU member states. We intend to build institutional capacity to increase further coverage of graduates and gather administrative data. Also, we desire to emphasise evidence-based decision making on higher education graduates' employability while collecting relevant data. One of our purposes is to promote between national authorities, higher education institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. The project is organised in four main work packages, covering project management, preparation, implementation and dissemination activities. A core team from UEFISCDI experts with previous experience will implement a large part of the activities. Project objectives are linked to the implementation of the EU Council Recommendation on Tracking Graduates (2017).
