The general objective of the proposed project will be to create institutional and personal capacity for innovative pedagogical and teaching methods based on digital technologies. The project aims to train and encourage EQL 4 and 5 school leaders, educators/teachers, and students to collaborate and use 21st Century education technology creatively and effectively. This objective will be fulfilled through addressing the need of innovation, advanced technological skills, development of readiness, resilience and capacity and enhancing teaching methods with necessary hardware and software. Teachers are the fundamental units of any educational organization. Digital transformation and innovation in education must begin at the teacher level.
