Description	Entergy Louisiana is undertaking more than $3 billion in transmission and infrastructure upgrades to accommodate new industrial customers, including Meta's data center in Richland Parish and Hyundai's new steel plant in Ascension Parish. The projects include 14 upgrades submitted to MISO in 2025, such as $498 million in upgrades for two industrial loads at the RiverPlex MegaPark in Ascension Parish. Additionally, Entergy will construct a new substation called Commodore in Iberville Parish and a new 60-mile high-voltage line between the Waterford and Commodore substations.
