Description

Description

By an approach based on in-depth knowledge of Brussels’ SMEs (their specific needs and constraints they face), an ad hoc methodology carefully designed to secure SME’s long-term sustainable grow beyond national frontiers, tackling SMEs’ different ambitions and capacities’ levels, the Enterprise Europe Brussels 2022-2025 project aims to deploy hands-on, highly impacting professional services and support in favour of local SMEs to help them to: - overcome barriers hindering their full development on the Single Market and at international level - turn the post pandemic and climate challenges they face and represented by sustainability (economic, environmental and social) into business opportunities - adapt their current business models to green and digital transition - stay competitive by means of innovation (products/services/organisation) - increase resilience in case of new economic shocks These very specific objectives are fully aligned with those set for SMEs in the Single Market Programme and with regional policies. They will be implemented by an experienced consortium (member of Enterprise Europe Network since 2008) consisting of a public-private partnership among 2 key players in the regional economy, with complementary expertise and experienced EEN advisors. A genuine customer-centric approach is set, having SMEs at the heart of advanced advisory and partnering services delivered in a tailor-made way, further to a precise needs’ analysis. The project optimises synergies by applying, for the benefit of its clients, the hub & spoke model within the local ecosystem and the whole EEN network. It puts in place a strategic communication to reach a larger audience for basic services. By the end of the project, this will lead to 1700 SMEs served, 502 unique clients in client journey, 45 advisory achievements, 49 partnering achievements, 40 unique clients with an impact assessed in their client journey, all of them with increased innovation capacities and operations.
