Description
Description | By an approach based on in-depth knowledge of Brussels’ SMEs (their specific needs and constraints they face), an ad hoc methodology carefully designed to secure SME’s long-term sustainable grow beyond national frontiers, tackling SMEs’ different ambitions and capacities’ levels, the Enterprise Europe Brussels 2025-2028 project aims to deploy hands-on, highly impacting professional services and support in favour of local SMEs to help them to: - Increasingly integrate the transition towards more digital and sustainable business models - Increase their resilience towards still challenging times linked – among others – to high inflation, energy prices, access to critical raw materials, supply chain disruptions - Overcome barriers which hinder their full business development on the Single Market and at international level, including the skills shortages and upgrading - Stay competitive by means of innovation and strategic presence on the EU and international markets These very specific objectives are fully aligned with those set for SMEs in the Single Market Programme and with regional policies. They will be implemented by an experienced consortium (member of Enterprise Europe Network since 2008) consisting of a public-private partnership among 2 key players in the regional economy, with complementary expertise and experienced EEN advisors. A genuine customer-centric approach is set, having SMEs at the heart of advanced advisory and partnering services delivered in a tailor-made way following a precise needs analysis. The project optimises synergies by applying, for the benefit of its clients, the hub & spoke model within the local ecosystem and the whole EEN network. It puts in place a strategic communication to reach a larger audience for basic services. By the end of the project, this will lead to 1190 SMEs served, 255 unique clients in client journey, 39 advisory achievements, 16 partnering achievements all of them with increased internationalisation capacities |
