The proposal for EEN-BG for 2017-18 builds upon the current EEN (2015-16) to ensure smooth continuation and optimized operability of the Network. The work programme for 2017-18 is designed in accordance with the implementation strategy of the framework contract 2015-2020. ARC Consulting EOOD is leader of a Consortium of 12 partners, the Network having regional nodes in 8 regions, covering altogether the entire country. The overall project objective is to facilitate the access of Bulgarian SMEs and research organizations to European and international markets by providing growth-oriented, integrated business and innovation support services and thus strengthen the competitiveness of Bulgarian enterprises and contribute to the objectives of the COSME program. Going international will be given impetus mainly through advisory and cross-border cooperation support services using the wide variety of tools within the Network. In this period the partners streamline their focus on clients that have high potential to go international and/or innovate. They will be offered intergrated complex- and medium-level services with the aim to lead to tangible results and impact - Advisory Services Outcomes (ASOs) and Partnership Agreements (PA). The services shall be client-centred to best response to client needs. Support services to markets in third countries will be demand-driven and hence identified in the course of EEN-BG implementation. Wide spectrum of promotional activities is envisaged to increase Network visibility and recognition by clients and stakeholders at regional, national and Network level. Interaction with stakeholders and other EU networks as potential multipliers will be sought to achieve synergies and mutual signposting to the best benefit of the client.
