The Enterprise Europe Network SEIMED aims to be the instrument of the European Commission to support the competitiveness and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Valencia and Murcia Regions. EEN SEIMED will contribute to address this objective by fostering the development of internationally competitive companies and stimulating the innovation capacities of SMEs by providing tailored support services. EEN SEIMED will help SMEs adapt to a low-carbon, climate-resilient and energy and resource efficient business models. EEN SEIMED will be the link between SMEs in the region and EU policy making, promoting EU policies and programmes. EEN SEIMED will efficiently exploit the possibilities of been part of the Enterprise Europe Netowork helping to build and promote a Network of excellence. Special attention will be paid to raise visibility and boost local awareness of the EEN SEIMED activities and services. To face the above challenges the consortium proposed gathers the most relevant actors of the innovation support system in the territory covered by the action, Valencia and Murcia regions. The host organizations of the EEN SEIMED consortium have proven track record of working with SMEs and contribute to the action with the best expertise. The activities carried out by the EEN SEIMED will cover the full service range of the Enterprise Europe Network building on the previous experience of 9 out of 10 partners of the consortium. EEN SEIMED partners will pursue continuous improvement by focusing on the needs of the SMEs and the actual impact of the activities carried out.
