Description
Description | In order to help businesses to better exploit the international opportunities and innovation prospects of the Single Market and beyond, 7 French partners join their expertise, experience, knowledge and proximity contact with SMEs to implement the EEN TOPIC project. The EEN TOPIC project aims at implementing the Enterprise Europe Network activities in 2 metropolitan regions and 2 overseas territories (Ile-de-France region, Centre region, New-Caledonia and French Polynesia) by local business support organisations: Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Paris Ile-de-France (lead partner), Bpifrance, Centre francilien de l’innovation, Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région Centre, Agence régionale pour l’innovation et le transfert de technologie en région Centre, Agence de développement économique de Nouvelle-Calédonie, Chambre de commerce, d’industrie, de services et des métiers de Polynésie française. The area covered by the consortium represents 1 067 000 enterprises (30% of French enterprises). 5 of them already know the delivered services (3 are partners in the current Enterprise Europe Network, 2 are sub-contractors) and 2 (organisations in the overseas area) are beginners and will benefit from the experience of the other partners. All the Enterprise Europe Network activities and services will be delivered at the consortium’s scale, with a strong complementarity between the partners. Indeed, partners will focus on delivering high level services respecting the additionlity principle and the no wrong door concept. The project is built considering the importance of concentrating the resources in operational and experienced staff in order to reach the objectives of the project and to measure the concrete impact of the delivered services to the targets. The proposal contains a 6-year implantation strategy, a work programme for the first 2-year period (including performance objectives) and the CVs of the staff involved in the project. |
