The proposal is a prosecution of the Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA) 649179 (2015-2020) and based on its annexes. Bavaria is one the most competitive regions in Europe. Services and Industry are the most important sectors. Nevertheless, Bavarian SME need intensive and dedicated support and consulting for internationalisation and innovation as bases for their international competitiveness. This proposal describes how the ten partners of the Enterprise Europe Network in Bavaria (EEN Bayern) will cover these needs and offer comprehensive support services for internationalisation and innovation of SME during 2017/2018. The services are based on their longterm experiences and well-established relationship as partners of that European network. A special focus will be laid on the assessment of the impact of the services offered. The partners of the EEN Bayern are very experienced in consulting and supporting SME. As well-established providers of internationalisation, innovation and research support services and long-term experiences in supporting companies in those fields the host organisations have excellent reputation and are well accepted by companies, politics, science and public. The complementing services offers the best and individual support of SME and are backed by additional services and expertise of the host organisations. This is supported by the close relationship to SME all partners have. By that, all areas of services requested by the call can be covered and offered. The partners co-operate with further public or non-profit service suppliers for SME in Bavaria to both enhance the visibility of the EEN and its range of services. These stakeholders offers special services usually locally, regionally or nationally. They are valuable multipliers and co-operation partners for the EEN Bayern enabling them to offer internationalisation and innovation services on a local level in a complementing and synergistic approach.
