Description
Description | The Swedish consortium will cover all three Nuts1 regions and consists of regional partners with a highly dedicated and competent staff. A majority (11 of 14) of the host organizations included in the proposal are the same organizations as in the consortium for the period 2008-2014. The three new host organizations have been selected to strengthen the Network's presence in the regions to ensure that the consortium is a part of the regional eco-system for business and innovation support. The consortium will have full geographical coverage and provide all services within COSME and Horizon 2020. The Swedish consortium will use the ”No wrong door concept” by integrating all services in business and innovation into one comprehensive set of services. The overall objective is to provide cost-effective services, in synergy with national and regional support structures in Sweden, to improve competitiveness and innovative capacity in the local economy with particular attention to the need of SMEs. The Swedish consortium will continue to have a clearly defined, documented and monitored impact-driven delivery system. Using the Internal Management Tool (IMT) makes it possible to follow up all activities and document all contact with the SMEs. All staff will have basic skills to provide basic services and some partners will have special skill in different areas, such as different branches, IPR or communication. There will also be partners specialised in innovation and they will provide services within Horizon 2020. As coordinator, partner TILLVV will be responsible for the over-all quality in the consortium and have an ongoing dialogue with EASME regarding results and monitoring. |
