The Consortium is composed of 3 partners who have already been working for the first 6 years of the project. They already achieved recognition by their client bases, other stakeholders in the region and by the management of their host structures. The name and services of the Enterprise Europe Network are widely known among the SMEs receiving services from the Consortium partners. IST-BUSINNOVA is known as EEN Istanbul in the ecosystem in the region where SMEs and other private and public business support structures can obtain reliable, fast and high quality information and services with an access to 53 other countries in the Network. The team established specifically for EEN services works as a single unit, registering their activities to the same project management system and working with the same quality standards. During the next period, the Consortium aims at acting as business advisors for SMEs and business support structures in Istanbul region in order to increase their knowledge level and capabilities for integration to global economy, and their sustainable competitiveness. The Consortium has concentrated its activities on brand building and obtaining a certain level of client base between 2008-2014. Having identified most of the problems and needs, the Consortium now would like to act as private consultants for their client base. While the Consortium will render its tailored services to companies with certain level of internationalisation, potential entrepreneurs and domestic SMEs will be upgraded to a level necessary for advisory services of the Consortium. During the next project period, the Consortium will build on sectorial expertise of the project team, who will be in contact with a group of core clients in their responsibility area, follow them closely and inform them about sectorial developments in the EU and r.o.w. so that they can take long-term decisions.
