The Enterprise Europe Network provides holistic support to a vast number of clients as start-ups, spin-offs, SMEs, Business Associations, academic institutions as Universities, research centres, and other organizations. The objective of the EEN MADRIMASD for the 2020-2021 period is to maintain and improve services offered by the Enterprise Europe Network MADRIMASD consortium, providing better business and innovation support services and to contribute to the Network positioning as a reference for the European dimension among the region. According to this, one strategic objective will be to act as the communication channel between the EC and SMEs especially, raising awareness – in particular among SMEs – regarding Community policy issues and the related services offered by the consortium. On the other hand, business feedback about EU policies implementation will be a crucial aspect of our strategy. Enterprise Europe Network MADRIMASD is aware of the evolution of the Network to client-centric approach adopting a hub-and-spoke mode of action, where Enterprise Europe Network madri+d partners will design services around a client’s/companies, particularly for SMEs, ensuring that the Network makes the best use of the resources, team-work collaboration across the Network, and across the local and the EU ecosystem and make them grow internationally. Continuing the hub-and-spoke model the EEN MADRIMASD will implement these activities involving not only regional stakeholders but national and international ones. Main objectives EEN MADRIDMASD will pursue during 2020-21: • Improve the competitiveness of Madrid Region SMEs. • Deliver and reinforce a full set of internationalization and innovation services. • Implementation of the No wrong door approach – Client Centric Approach – Hub & Spoke Model. • Advice to help start-ups and scale-ups grow and innovate internationally. • Collaborative coordination at the regional level with key stakeholders / Smart Specialization.
