Description

Description

EEN GRAND EST aims to develop and carry out the services of the Enterprise Europe Network in the 5 regions of Eastern France (Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne-Ardenne, Franche-Comté and Lorraine). EEN GRAND EST builds on the experience of the five regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the regional innovation agency in Alsace in EU business support networks in the field innovation and internationalization of SMEs. EEN GRAND EST will focus its activities on targeted advisory services such as EU regulations and standards, EU policies and programmes, European funding opportunities, innovation and technology transfer services, access to markets, energy efficiency and eco-innovation. It will also provide cross-border cooperation services whether commercial, technological or for collective RTD. Feedback from SMEs is another important aspect of the Network’s role in increasing efficiency of the Single Market. EEN GRAND EST will also provide new services in the field of Innovation management to increase the capacity of SMEs to conduct innovation projects. It will also act as a key account manager for beneficiaries of the new Horizon 2020 SME instrument. While doing so, EEN GRAND EST will ensure that those services are fully known of the other regional actors and embedded in the regional strategies of economic development. Communication and promotion of the network to regional stakeholder, as well as networking between Network members to make its services more efficient are two other major enabling objectives. EEN GRAND EST will operate on a regional basis (each partner is responsible for delivering the full range of services in its region) with a strong mutualisation of methodologies, tools and expertise at consortium level. EEN GRAND EST will also use Quality management as a management driver and continually adapt its services to its client target while ensuring a deeper impact on the regional growth.
